Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic, thoughtful, compassionate, and highly motivated solution-oriented thinkers passionate about creating an innovative customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers.
This position plays a crucial part in the company's overall online customer experience. In this entry-level role, you will be our customers' first point of contact and engage with them via email and live web chat.
Our community team will need to answer various questions, from returns, exchanges, and lost packages to questions surrounding our designs and fits. Our community team strongly represents House of Sunny’s values and voice. As we are currently working remotely and in the office, you’ll have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a larger support team.
