Production Operator Responsibilities :

As a Production Operator at Brett Martin, you will:

• Work various shift patterns, including 12-hour shifts on a rotating day and night schedule.
• 2 Set Pattern: Runs 4 x 12-hour shifts back-to-back – either Mon – Thurs or Tues – Fri. Guaranteed 6 hours overtime built into the shift pattern.

4 Set (Continental) Pattern: 12-hour shifts rotating between 4 days and 3 days each week.
