£10.90 per hour and an enhanced sleep-in rate.
Full time (37.5 hours per week). Shifts will include earlies, lates and sleep ins.

This is a full-time position based in Reading. We have a residential home for 7 adults with complex physical, medical and learning needs and a supported living services for 5 adults with learning disabilities. The people that live at with us need full support in all aspects of their life. The level of care we provide and the outcomes for those that live with us are outstanding.
This position is based at our Supported living service.

Whether new to the role or an existing support worker, our training package means we can have you up to speed with the standard of care we deliver and using our buddy system there’s always someone about to listen and support you as you train.
What you’ll be doing:
All aspects of personal care, feeding, cooking, some cleaning, key working.
Inhouse activities - baking, art/crafts, board games, sensory, reading etc.
Outdoor activities – Clubs, pubs, lunch out, keeping in touch with families, swimming, holidays, shopping and planning.
This position is based at our Supported living service.
