Hey! We’re Huel and we’re pleased to meet you! We're going to start by talking about our exciting new Finance Executive - AP position, but if you'd like the quick low down on us first including our growth story then just head to the bottom of this page!
As we continue to grow, we're building out our Finance team to support our AP area of the business, so we’re looking for a new Finance Executive - AP to join us ! This role will see you assisting in the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function, your day's will vary but here's an insight in to what you'd get up to:
End-to-end payables processing - preparing payment runs and ensuring all supplier invoices are paid on time, along with the issue of remittances
Bank reconciliations - reconciling bank accounts daily in our ERP system
Inbox management - manage queries from internal and external parties to facilitate the accuracy of Accounts Payable by telephone and email
Employee expenses - reviewing, processing and paying employee expenses in a timely manner
Month-end cycle - ensuring key control processes are completed in line with internal month-end deadlines
Cross-functional collaboration - work closely with various departments, e.g. operations, technical, marketing, etc to develop detailed understanding of wider business needs

This role is best suited to someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payables with understanding of basic accounting principles You will be a whizz on MS Excel and/or Google sheets with strong attention to detail. Communication is key as you will be working with a range of stakeholders including outsourced teams, internal teams and external suppliers so this is super important! Finally, your ability to adapt to changing priorities will be on point. You'll be the type to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - no 2 days are the same at Huel!
