About the role

The GelBottle Inc. is on a huge growth trajectory, and we are looking to further grow our team with an on-site Educator who would enjoy working within a fast paced, vibrant and founder led business, spanning multiple B2B and B2C brands.

Your role will encompass everything that TGB and TGB Academy are about, offering the best possible training to all internal and external partners and sharing your passion for the brand with all our stakeholders, upholding an amazing reputation and helping to build confidence within the industry.

You will also:

• Assist the Head of Academy and our Training and Education Manager in creating training assets and other supporting documents.
• On occasion, you will also have opportunities to work in a variety of scenarios, adapting to different working environments and supporting our press events, trade shows and global academy launches. 
• You’ll have plenty of variety and incredible opportunities whilst ensuring our Brighton location becomes a flagship centre of excellence for TGB Academy.
• Be the ambassador for TGB and confidently organise in-house training opportunities and remain the main contact for these accounts.

About you:

You'll be a natural teacher with a love to help people reach their full potential, who is highly organised & flexible in their approach. We think you'll also need: 

• A recognise OFQUAL approved teaching qualification.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve goals.
• Confidence to represent TGB to all external stakeholders and partners. 
• A passion for nails is a must. We are looking for an outstanding all round nail technician that must be trained in:
  • Gel Polish Manicures & Pedicures
  • Hard Gel Enhancements 
  • E-File and confident in using all TGB product. (Training can be provided but accredited qualifications must already be held).
