SALARY: £55,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus

DUTIES

Your duties as a Group Head of Brands will include:

• Strategic Brand Leadership: As torchbearer of Global brand identities, you will craft and implement strategic brand initiatives that resonate with the UK and European audiences and align with business objectives. Your leadership will set the tone for a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints

• Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, inspire a diverse and dynamic team of brand professionals. Guide and empower them to push creative boundaries and exceed expectations. Foster a unified and collaborative environment for Brands and Creative staff in both the Coventry and Berlin offices

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company goals. Your ability to navigate diverse perspectives will drive synergy across departments

• Brand Architecture: Oversee development and evolution of brand architecture. From product launches to brand extensions, your strategic thinking will ensure a cohesive and impactful brand ecosystem

• Performance Metrics: Utilise data and analytics to measure brand performance. Your insights will inform strategic decisions, ensuring continuous improvement and growth

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful brand strategies

• Proven experience in a senior brand management role with a focus on strategic development

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with emerging trends in branding and consumer behaviour
