About you:
Our water engineering team are looking for an intrinsically motivated and highly driven Site Engineer. This is a great opportunity to be guided by a Senior Engineer/ Project Manager as you are fast tracked directly into the field, responsible for many aspects of project delivery, on a bustling portfolio of projects in the Hunter Valley NSW. Your role will include contract administration, QA, WHS, subcontractor management, technical investigations and construction support.
Your strengths to thrive in this role include the ability to be extremely organised, possess excellent communication skills, an eagerness to learn, agility and flexibility to travel (drive) across the Hunter Valley region, as well as well as confident and considered decision making abilities.
You are team-focused, self-motivated and achieve great results through effective prioritisation of tasks and time management. You are passionate about your work and are fully accountable for the results achieved and are driven by the prospect of adding value to our diverse business and being a key contributor to the achievement of our growth objectives.
What you need:

We can develop and support motivated talent on an accelerated and experience detailed path. Within a year you will ideally be managing your own projects and within three years your own team.
