Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

Location:Shropshire /Herefordshire /Conwy

The Role:

As a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor, you willhandle diverse work, from private M&A transactions to joint ventures.They will consider solicitors of all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage private M&A transactions and asset sales
• Oversee reorganisations and fundraisings
• Handle EIS/SEIS investments and shareholder exits
• Administer share schemes and draft shareholders agreements

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
• Qualified solicitor with corporate and commercial law expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solutions-focused with the ability to add value
• Desire for increased responsibility and practice growth
