Returnable Packaging Manager/ Supply Chain- EMEA

RETURNABLE PACKAGING MANAGER/ SUPPLY CHAIN
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for the deployment and utilization of the RFID tracking hardware across Cummins facilities, suppliers, and Container Management Centers (CMC) in EMEA.
Holding regular KPI reviews with the managed services provider, suppliers, Returnable Packaging operations managers, sourcing managers, packaging engineers, and select others that will involve: track Packaging Data Completion, Monitor Decisions to Proceed, ensure Packaging Design Completion, Monitor Piece Price Negotiations Progress, Signing of Container Usage Agreements, implementation of RFID Tracking at Suppliers, and Returnable Packaging Implementation / Go Live.
Identify, prioritize, and monitor execution of continuous improvement.
Ensuring adequate supply of returnable packaging for each supplier under management.
Ensuring that packaging distribution operations will distribute needed packaging to suppliers for on-time delivery.
Managing stockout or shortage events for manufacturing operations, Container Management Centers (CMCs) and suppliers.
Ensure that Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) goals are being met by all aspects of the Returnable Packaging Operations.
Manage Suppliers and Manufacturing Operations for Container Usage Agreement compliance and rectify / escalate violations.
Ensure RFID tracking accuracy by monitoring Tracking Dashboards and intervening when issues are identified.
Managing returns of and vendor process adherence for interregional leased packaging
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Supply Chain experience
Strong knowledge of Planning systems (Oracle, SAP..)
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Understand Returnable Packaging and industry regulations.
Global strategic mindset.
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
Collaborates and drives engagement.
College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or B.S in applicable field, this position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
