Assistant Headteacher | The Role: - Ofsted graded 'Outstanding' Primary School located in Barnet
- This Primary School is renowned for having their students behave impeccably, whilst maintaining a great academic standard and having their wellbeing supported.
- A permanent contract for an Assistant Headteacher starts in September 2024.
- Extensive CPD and training available to all staff, especially to members of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Opportunities to work closely with the Head & Deputy as an Assistant, focusing on whole-school development.
- Work as the Assistant Headteacher for Wellbeing in collaboration with the SENDCo Team to ensure children's wellbeing.
This Assistant Headteacher role will require being involved in a surplus of activities and developments across the school, including but not limited to, planning and delivering engaging, interactive lessons; helping to lead the school in their wellbeing practices; managing Teachers and Support Staff; and focusing on whole-school development.
The ideal candidate would be a dynamic, personable and confident individual who has a genuine passion for helping children to achieve the best possible outcomes and raise standards across the school. Candidates will ideally have pastoral and well-being experience.
