Blutech recruitment are looking to engage manufacturing operatives to work with for our well-respected client in Sandwich.
• As an Operative you will be assisting in building bespoke timber frame homes and buildings. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and punctual individuals to join our clients rapidly expanding workforce.
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4pm
Saturdays when required
WEEKENDS PAID AT ENHANCED RATE
The Role
• Preparation and cutting of timber material ready for panels
• Construction of timber frame panels
• Stacking panels ready for transportation
• Operating woodworking machinery safely
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy
• Complying with all safety regulations and guidelines
• Having a motivated ‘can-do’ attitude with a hands on approach to work
• Being able to work effectively in a team
Required Skills
· Good numerical and communication skills
· Excellent team working skills
· Good organizational and time management skills
