Head of Connections Quoting
North West (Various offices) –Hybrid

£70,000 - £90,000
One of our main clients has an urgent requirement for a Head of Connections Quotingto be based at their offices in North West on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and growing utilities company who can offer progression and exciting projects.
AsHead of Connections Quotingyou will have full and direct responsibility for the quotation of all non-domestic, customer driven works including new connections, connection alterations, diversions and disconnections, across all voltage levels. You will also contribute and support the ENWL growth strategy and ambition.
Principal accountabilities
Overall accountability of the customer journey from application to acceptance for all non-Domestic Customer driven connections work including Disconnections and Diversions
Develop and deliver a clear strategy for colleagues to continuously drive improvements in Customer Satisfaction, utilising colleague and customer feedback to focus key improvement actions
Develop and deliver a clear strategy to support the growth ambition
Deliver compliance with all regulatory and industry reporting requirements, including but not limited to GSoP, SLC15 and Elexon notification protocols
Develop and lead clear working practices with DSO Strategic Planning for the timely and accurate PoC solutions
Develop a strong relationship with the DSO teams responsible for NGET TIA works to ensure the Customer journey through this process is clear, efficient and well communicated
My client would be keen to speak to candidates with the following expertise:
Experience of leading a customer facing, multifunction, commercial pricing team
Experience of leading on growth, change and / or process improvement
Degree in Engineering or Construction Management desirable
Experience of delivering services to a wide range of diverse customers
Experience of operating in a regulated business, ideally in the electricity or gas sectors
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to effectively influence and manage stakeholders
Ability to lead large teams and develop and manage team members to drive their growth
