Flame Health’s Optometry division are recruiting for an ambitious and self-motivated Optometrist who is being sought in the Cobham area to join a long standing independent practice.

Known for a personalised and friendly approach to patient care, with a team of highly skilled and experienced dispensing opticians, committed to delivering exceptional service. They offer a wide range of private eye care services, including comprehensive eye examinations of up to an hour, contact lens fittings, and specialist clinical services.

Our clinic is well-equipped with the latest equipment including Spectralis OCT and is an ideal workplace for optometrists who value professionalism, teamwork, and a patient-centred approach to eye care.

About the role:
A unique, rare opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, clinically minded and team-oriented optometrist to join a high-flying team within a prestigious independent practice in Cobham, Surrey. About you:
As an experienced optometrist, you will be a key member of the team and show a willingness to deliver clinical and commercial results. You will be able to refract accurately and prescribe prism. Ideally, you will have hospital experience or additional qualifications and a good understanding of dry eye management. You will be keen to develop your skills to provide additional services such as Blephex, punctal occlusion, and private glaucoma assessments and be competent in interpreting OCT scans. You will be interested in all aspects of dispensing and understand the close relationship between refraction and premium dispensing.
