You will be joining a leading L500 law firm in their practical and driven corporate team. As an associate in the corporate team, you be working to achieve the objectives for a range of business clients. Our client is proud of their long standing client relationships and this will be an excellent opportunity to join and work alongside likeminded individuals.

As a valued member of the corporate team, you will be responsible for:

• Working with a cross-section of business owners and businesses
• Handling day-to-day matters of:
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Joint Venture
• Private Equity
• Restructuring and reorganisations
• Good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports.
• Good organisational skills to deal with a heavy workload and multiple simultaneous matters.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Have three years minimum post qualification experience of providing an excellent service for businesses on a range of corporate matters.
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Client-facing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A desire and willingness to assist in business development and marketing
