Job description

A Clerk of Works is required to work for an established Quantity Surveying and Property Consultancy.

You will be based from home and will be responsible for inspecting and reporting on sites in Reading.

Project Details

Projects will largely be new build and refurbishment projects and there is strong emphasis within this role towards projects in the residential sector.

As Clerk of Works, you will need to demonstrate an ability in undertaking instructions of building works in progress on newly built residential sites.

A good knowledge of current Building Regulations and Warranty provider standards is required.

A Clerk of Works job to cover the Reading area and suitable candidates for this exciting job will ideally live within Reading.
