About The Role
12 month Fixed Term Contract
Location – Bourn, hybrid working.
Working in a small team, you will manage our existing client communications strategy and execution, across all media channels. This includes ownership and leadership of Hubspot for comms automation, experience design, complex workflow design, and lead scoring. As a core member of a small team, the role is fluid, and you will provide specialist, general and administrative responsibilities in the team.
The key purpose of the role is to Nurture our CRM leads towards becoming a sales opportunity.
Our business model is not transactional but requires building credibility and a voice of authority over a period of time. You will be entrepreneurial at identifying opportunities to speak to clients through our Marketing comms channel, and how CDP can solve their needs
About You
Experience Required:
- Knowledge and experience in martech platforms, ideally Hubspot,If not hubspot, you have experience with the principles and can quickly learn and adapt to a new system.
- Experience in dealing with client CRM data, list creation, segmentation, unsubscribes.
- Experience using PowerBI to provide snapshot and insights into audiences.
- Knowledge of UK and EU GDPR rules.
- Creation, testing and optimisation of communications across channels – creative, proposition development, messaging.
- Reporting on campaign and channel performance with recommendation for next actions.
- Understanding of B2B sales funnel to support marketing and internal sectors with campaign planning - collaborating with teams to ensure lead nurture activity aligns customer need with business need.
- Proactively works with other marketing teams and sectors to identify lead nurture opportunities.
- Produce performance reports detailing segment and channel results, learnings, and improvements.
- Working with the sales support administrator on creating and segmenting sector audiences to be uploaded to HubSpot.
- Create process and documentation to support future good practice where it doesn’t exist.
- There will be administrative roles including ensure agency costs are agreed, put through finance systems and invoice paid on time.
- You will use PowerBI to use the output to prepare insights for internal stakeholders.
- Supporting other team members when workload is lighter.
