Job description
Manage own caseload under the supervision of a registered professional. Be accountable for own professional practice. To recognise gaps in own knowledge/competencies and tobe responsible for gaining, developing and maintaining competencies and skills. Communicate and educate patients and their cares/families regardingtheir care and treatment. (under the supervision of registered Professional). Complete accurate patient health care records in line with trust policies and maintain confidentiality and information governance. Establish effective working relationships and to communicate information with the MDT regarding patient care. Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate an individualised physiotherapy treatment programme based on sound knowledge of evidence-based practice. (under the supervision of registered Professional) Demonstrate a range of clinical skills including the safe and appropriate use of equipment in line with trust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Delivery of appropriate emergency care in line with trust policies
