To support Registered Nurses in care delivery activities, providing guidance to junior colleagues and role modelling clinical excellence. The opportunity As our Nurse Associate you will: Prioritise patient safety, taking appropriate actions and encouraging colleagues to call out and report safety concerns. Contribute towards effective clinical risk management- supporting risk management activity. Proactively identify and manage safety issues and risks in accordance with regulation. Promote a safe working environment for patients, visitors and staff (in full compliance with all policies and procedures). Report and escalate clinical incidents and risks, completing all required documentation. Champion safeguarding, addressing and escalating concerns. To champion infection prevention, ensuring compliance with evidence-based standards and best practices. Manage all confidential data in line with data protection requirements, escalating any concerns. The person To succeed as a Nurse Associate, you will need: To Be A Registered associate practitioner with the NMC Qualifications applicable to the registration requirement (English/Maths plus Level 5 Foundation Degree or equivalent qualification ) Basic level of English language demonstrated through effective written and verbal communication skills IT skills Competency in clinical skills related to role Significant experience in a Healthcare Support Worker role Helping you feel good.
