Detective Constable Farooq Ahmed

DC Farooq Ahmed tells us about his role with Crime Division at West Yorkshire Police. Farooq talks about how he started his career as a uniformed officer, and through attachment to a role in CID dealing with Serious and Organised Crime how that lead to his current position. He goes on to talk about the variety of options available to officers, and how the option to study allows access to different managerial roles. DC Farooq also talks about some of the negatives of working for the Police, but also how for him, the positives outweigh the negatives.
