Field Service Engineer

Co. Tyrone

Salary DOE + Excellent Benefits Package.

Vickerstock are proudly working alongside our client, one of the world's leading manufacturers of material handling & recycling equipment to recruit a Service Engineer. The role will be based in co. Tyrone but will involve traveling to customer sites & dealerships (including worldwide travel).

Duties will include

• Working alongside a team of Engineers, traveling to customer sites and dealerships to provide solutions to complex technical issues.
• Carrying out Planned & Unplanned Maintenance on a range of Material processing equipment.
• Carrying out equipment installations on customer sites.
• Providing customer service, answering questions pertaining to parts and warranty.
• Working with Production & Quality departments to assist in the manufacturing process when necessary.
• Following strict health & safety guidelines and ensuring that these are followed by other team members.

What you will need for this role

• Strong Mechanical & Electrical aptitude.
• Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings.
• Previous experience working as a Field Service Engineer (experience working with material handling equipment would be a distinct advantage).
• Valid clean driving license.
• Strong level of computer literacy.
