Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Preparing and serving hot and cold food for host cafe
• Devise new menus for Friday night events and prepare food items
• Cleaning and sanitising work areas 
• Ordering, receiving of stock and rotating stock items

The training you will be getting

Level 2 Commis Chef, weekly day release.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

There will be a full-time position available once the apprenticeship has been completed, during the apprenticeship the apprentice will also have on the job training with the team.
