An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy HR team.
The Wildlife Trust for Lancashire, Manchester & North Merseyside is looking for a HR Advisor to join our HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be part of a small team providing exceptional HR service with high standards of advice and support. This is an exciting role and will provide a real opportunity to further develop your operational HR Portfolio. You will provide expert advice, guidance and support and coach managers on a range of employee relations matters including sickness absence, health and wellbeing conversations, conduct, performance, as well as supporting a wide range of HR projects as required. This position requires someone who can use their own initiative with determination and drive in a professional yet friendly manner who can be flexible in their approach whilst dealing with a wide range of people and situations. CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent work experience is essential along with a good understanding of ACAS principles and current Employment Law matters. The position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week, however reduced hours will be considered for the right candidate. We offer 28 days holidays plus bank holidays per annum, increasing with length of service.
