Job description
We are looking to hire an Office Assistant/Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions and operate card machine.
- Answer phone calls and taking customer orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Complete and assist the Factory Manager with SALSA Food paperwork.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking essentials.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Utilise computerised systems for tasks such as generating reports and updating customer information.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software applications and Sage.
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
