Are you a qualified TA living in Lincoln, Lincolnshire? Aspire People are looking to employ a TA to work with a number of schools looking for experienced staff who are capable of working collaboratively with the teacher. This is to cover in Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools on a supply basis. If you have a preference in experience you would like to gain, we can accommodate to your wants and needs and can work flexibly around your studies, other job or lifestyle. We are looking for flexible educators, who can use their initiative to transfer their skills across all key stages.
Key skills must include: Ability to show initiative Competent with the national curriculum and delivering to small groups. Ability to build positive relationships with staff and pupils.
