Robert Half are excited to announce we have partnered with a prestigious Private Equity company based in the heart of Mayfair that are looking for a bright and ambitious Receptionist.

This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or school leaver who is looking to start their Office Support career, with career progression from Receptionist to Office Manager or Personal Assistant!

THE ROLE:

• Being the friendly face of the business including meeting and greeting guests, answering calls and setting up for meetings/boardrooms.
• General Office Administration and management of meeting rooms.
• Supporting the Executive Assistant.
• Ad hoc duties as they arise.

THE PERSON:

• Friendly, ambitious and professional personality.
• Comfortable and confident speaking with colleagues, clients and investors
• Happy to be office based, 9AM - 6PM Monday to Friday in their modern offices in Mayfair.
• Preferably available for an immediate start.
