Job Description

‍

‍We're on the lookout for a mid-weight UI Designer to join our content team. You'll be working primarily on interface design for virtual and extended reality software; we're ideally looking for somebody who has done this type of work in their present or past roles.

Our headquarters are in Fitzrovia, central London, but for this role we're happy with someone working remotely provided they're happy to work in the GMT/BST time zone and have fluent written and spoken language skills, as well as having good remote collaboration and communication skills.

Skillset and experience:
‍

- 3+ years experience as a UI Designer and preferably some VR/AR background
- Designing interfaces across multiple devices and touchpoints
- Good knowledge of UI/UX principles for digital design (focusing on UI)
- Strong skills in typography, iconography, composition, colour, layout
- Comfortable working with brand guidelines and pattern libraries
- Extensive knowledge of Figma (Figma is a must)
- Proven knowledge of design systems, component based design, and design processes.
- Understanding of front-end implementation (you won’t need to code, but it’s important that you have an understanding of how your designs are implemented)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team
