Job description

We are recruiting for an HRIS Analyst for this long established high end retailer. They have long been associated with all things luxury, offering an exceptional customer journey. The position is hybrid, requiring two days in the central London office and they will consider part time hours.. Reporting to an HR Manager, your focus will be to maintain, manages, and processes detailed employee information and human resources-related policies and procedures inline with the company policies. You will be collaborating with users and key stakeholders to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency in HR and payroll processes. Ideally candidates will come from a similar position based within retail or hospitality. You will have strong analysis, reporting, communication and collaboration skills. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £46,000 or pro rata if working part time hours. There is an attractive benefits package, including up to a 25% bonus, contributory pension, volunteer days, subsidized travel and gym membership, and store discounts.
