Job description
To advise, guide and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and labour unions across the Business Units
Ensure compliance with country specific labour laws and regulations
To support Labour negotiations by researching market analysis and trend data
Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries, performance management, grievance, and absence management
Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action
Support, research and provide recommendations on related benefit programmes and providing analytical statistics and market comparisons directly or indirectly linked to labour Agreements
Manage end-to end change / restructuring process including Consultation requirements and Social Plan negotiations (severance calculation, advice on legal requirements, Works Council/Unions negotiations)
Supporting diversity & inclusion by providing accurate and appropriate advice, training, and support to managers to ensure attraction and retention strategies align with market conditions
Driving individual & organisational performance by advising on performance management policy and creating clear, realistic, and measurable objectives
Tracking ER activity against agreed metrics, supporting with identifying themes and recommending areas for improvement/ training
Supporting management on workforce planning and identifying productivity and efficiency improvements
