Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of Key Stage 3/4 students on a 1-1 basis. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive and engaging learning experience for students.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1-1 support to Key Stage 3/4 students, assisting with academic tasks and fostering a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and tailor support strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
Support the development of students' social and emotional well-being, encouraging positive behavior and building self-esteem.
Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials to cater to individual learning styles.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Relevant educational background or qualifications in a related field.
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
Familiarity with Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students' educational journeys.
