Our clients lovely setting in Hounslow are looking for a passionate manager to lead and support the day to running of their busy Nursery. 40 hr working week with a salary c 41k with great benefits with this Provider including great career progression.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
