What's involved with this role:

QAD 1665/1402

Role: Certification Engineer - Autonomous Track Testing

Contract Length: Anticipated 12 months

Location: Nuneaton

Pay Rate: Approximately £220.35 - £330.52 PAYE per day

We are looking for an engineer to carry out vehicle system safety testing for vehicles fitted with ADAS and Automated Driving Systems.

Key accountabilities:

Work from the technical specification of the vehicle to be tested
Select the tests that need to be carried out.
Select and configure the appropriate test equipment and facilities.
Prepare the test vehicle with all necessary test equipment.
Carry out the tests and report results.

Essential:

Experience of working with/understanding regulations and standards.
Work from technical drawings, diagrams and specifications.
Operating test and recording equipment
Drivers licence
Experience analysing data or documents and reporting on findings.
Delivering outcomes on time and to a high standard.
Electronics background useful as will be using robots
