Responsibilities

• Providing every customer with an exceptional in store experience.
• Taking the time to get to know and understand each customers needs.
• Fully involved in store layout plans and changes, your ideas can make a valued difference.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales led environment.
• You will be self-motivated ideally with a proven track record in sales.
• You will have passion, enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Desirable Skills

• Previous furniture retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Job Title: Sales Consultant Contract Type: Permanent Contracted Hours: Full-Time 38 hours per week Location: Boucher Road, Belfast Salary: OTE £40,000 - £45,000 (pro-rata per annum uncapped earning potential). Benefits Death in service - enrolled after 3 months service. Length of service awards. Generous staff discount. Additional performance bonus. Free on site parking. Smoke break exchange - allowing 1 extra day leave each year.
