Job description

Kent based practice of Chartered Building Surveyors is recruiting an MRICS Building Surveyor to complement their busy and established team. The business has been growing in recent years and has further expansion plans for 2024.

Applications are being accepted from those with several years experience, or those who have recently qualified as MRICS.

The Person:

• MRICS or FRICS 
• Experienced managing projects from inception to completion, carrying out a range of professional duties and functions.
• Client facing skills 
• Business development skills always seen as preferable

The Role

• New and existing client management 
• Full range of Building Surveying duties and functions.
• Contract Administrator of construction projects circa £500,000 contract value using industry standard forms of contract including JCT and NEC
• Building Surveys / Reports
• Investigation and diagnosis of Building Defects

In return you can expect:

• Basic salary £50,000 / £70,000 (depending on experience)
