Job description

Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers to achieve daily production targets.
- Plan and organize production schedules to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to achieve production goals.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Experience required:
- Experience managing teams within a food manufacturing environment
- Understanding of Machine set up and daily operation
