What you will do in your working day

Working closely with the Operations Manager to learn, design, implement, and operate the administration of the following areas:

• Recruitment
• Customer onboarding
• Supplier onboarding
• Employee onboarding
• Employee off-boarding
• Training & qualifications
• Learning & development
• Plant & equipment
• Vehicles
• Payroll
• Premises
• Uniform & PPE

The training you will be getting

On completion you will achieve the equivalent of an A Level qualification in Business Administration. Training will be completed one day a week on day release at the college campus or within a quiet area of the workplace alongside your assessor.

Functional Skills in English and maths if required.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Once qualified you may achieve:

• Permanent position as Operations Administrator
• Potential to progress onto Operations Manager
