Service Delivery Manager
Service Delivery Manager - West Midlands - salary to £45,000
My client, a 1BILLION European environmental services business urgently requires a Service Delivery Manager with the ability to plan, organise, and manage the daily work of the office and the collection drivers and associated system data input and support the Service Leadership team in a positive and proactive manner ensuring all tasks are completed in line with the companies Health and Safety Policies.
As a Service Delivery Manager you will be required to prioritise work schedules to maximise efficiency, enforce road traffic legislation and oversee day-to-day driver activities using MS Power BI reports for standards management, conduct driver appraisals, assist in new driver inductions, optimise overtime, ensuring adherence to start times and tracker activity and respond promptly to customer inquiries and proactively investigate anomalies. You will log and resolve customer complaints using CRM, arrange site surveys for accidents/incidents, ensure drivers perform pre and post-shift vehicle checks, record customer weights/investigate weighing defects and sign off new contracts.
You will have strong leadership skills and capabilities, customer service expertise, extensive knowledge of the waste/waste recycling industry, knowledge of Tachograph legislation, be competent in Microsoft applications and have a valid driving license.
