Finance Manager
Milton keynes
Up to £50,000

CV Screen is seeking a Finance Manager for our client located in the Bedford area. In this role, you will have oversight of a portfolio of companies with a collective turnover of £20M. This presents an excellent chance to become part of a dynamic enterprise experiencing significant expansion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-speed environment and possess the capability to adapt quickly. As the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include budget and forecast management, cash flow supervision, and team leadership. Prior experience in group financial management is imperative for success in this role.

Moreover, this position offers abundant prospects for advancement, ultimately leading to the Head of Finance role within the company

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the general accounting transactions
• Assist with the Annual budget process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Oversee payroll and pension submissions
• Preparation of quarterly forecasts
• Manage and develop a small team

Skills / Attributes Required

• Part or Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Experience of providing Financial Control across a group of companies.
• Experience of managing staff within the Accounts department.
• Skilled and Proficient with EXCEL Spread Sheets
• Proficient with Xero

Salary

Salary is up to £50,000
Hybrid Working 3 days Office 2 days from Home
