ABOUT THE ROLE
You will support the team with all aspects of clerical support to the Council's Multiply and Shared Prosperity Fund projects.
The Council has commissioned out services to provide projects under the Multiply Numeracy programme and the People and Skills strand of the Shared Prosperity Fund. This post will support two Project Officers involved in managing these projects. This will include administration support covering financial transactions including the raising of purchase orders and dealing with invoices on the Unit 4 system. Experience in dealing with financial transactions and spreadsheets is needed. The role will also cover more general support including arranging meetings and taking minutes. You will be working as part of a well-established supportive team.
We adopt a flexible working policy including the ability to work from home some of the time.
The office base is Macclesfield Town Hall.
