Structural Inspection Engineer

Location: Hull

Salary: £34-45k + Benefits

Operating for almost 30 years, our client is a leading Consulting Engineers, based in Hull and York, providing Civil & Structural Engineering and Architectural Design in the UK as well as in over 50 countries worldwide, with a team of hard-working skilled members who are all dedicated to working towards the same academic goal.

Following from a very successful 2023 and with an exciting pipeline of work for 2024, our client is looking to expand their team.

With a rapidly expanding workload, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented and highly motivated Inspection Engineer.

This role will mean that you will be reporting directly to Directors and the Senior Inspecting Engineer.

Working as a Inspection Engineer you will;

• The majority of the work will be based in the Humber Area, but some are nationwide.
• Will be capable to carrying out inspections on existing industrial structures and use the client developed method of reporting.
• Good knowledge of inspections and / or steel structures essential, and other materials such as concrete, timber, and masonry is advantageous.
• Have a minimum of HND / HNC level education in a relevant engineering subject.
• Preferable minimum of 3 years post education certification in relevant inspecting or Civil / Structural Engineering role.
• A knowledge of MS Suite software is useful.
• A full UK Driver’s license

This is an urgent role, and work guaranteed for the remainder of 2024.
