Job description
Are you passionate about automotive and motorsport? Do you have a background in planning or logistics? If so, our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is recruiting for a Customer Account Coordinator. The role will involve managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery and will suit a candidate used to supporting production in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Customer Account Coordinator Permanent – ASAP start Salary dependent on experience Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.45pm, early finish on a Friday Coventry Customer Account Coordinator Job Description - Processing orders from receipt to delivery; including arranging shipments and collections, and creating relevant documentation such as picking notes, delivery notes, invoices, etc.
- Building strong customer relationships and acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.
- Providing quotations to customers who have submitted enquiries, scheduling management activities and working with the internal production team.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure top-notch service and timely delivery.
- Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively resolving customer complaint.
Customer Account Coordinator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications - Experience working with OEM manufacturers or OEM automotive.
- Previous experience working in a logistics or planning role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and ERP/MRP systems, CRM and SAP experience preferred.
