Job Title:Automotive Project Engineer

Location:Basildon, Essex (No Hybrid working (5 days onsite))

Rate: Negotiable and Depending on Experience - Hourly Umbrella payment type - Inside IR35

Employment Type: Contract (Initial duration - 12 months)

Hours: Standard 37.5 Hours Per Week

Job Description:

Project Engineer Support CIB Infrastructure Project delivery through quality, cost, and timing. Develop project scopes, enquires and plans. Work with and manage OEMs, Vendors and Contractors. Manage customer expectations and host project update reviews with Management Teams. Lead Health & Safety activities for each project including Risk Assessments and Method Statements, permits to work, inductions, building regulations, standards, CDM, etc.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.

Skills Preferred:

• AutoCAD and 2D drawing knowledge.

Experience Required:

• Project management of Automotive/Construction Projects.

Experience Preferred:

• Knowledge of electrical, controls and safety.
