Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location : Watford

Salary : £22,000 – £23,000

Hours : 9.00-5.30 Mon-Fri

Benefits: Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 WFH

Our client, an established distributor of 8 renowned brands is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive with the ability to fulfill a 360 role incorporating strategy, creative, print and digital.

The variation available in the role really makes it exciting, you have the opportunity to manage your set brands through every marketing platform.

You will need to be business focused, results driven, creative, organised and be able to meet tight deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail, you will have the chance to become part of an established brand, while being challenged and gaining invaluable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help deliver the Marketing and Communications strategy

• Assist in the management of the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers – this can involve writing and proof reading copy and liaising with designers and printers

• Assist in building the brand product portfolio including new product development and research.

• Point of Sale and Merchandising – Assist in the design and development of merchandising solutions

• Web content – Assist in the creation and maintenance of web content and information required for the sales team.
• Project Management – Assist in ensuring that all ensuing projects are completed within the given timescale and within a given budget
• Exhibitions and Events – Assist in the creation and production of all marketing for all events and exhibition including stand design
• Promotions – Assist in the running of an effective brand promotional calendar
• Assist in reviewing promotional activity
• Research and Analysis – Assist in evaluating marketing activities, monitoring of all competitor activity and reviewing brand positioning
• Person Specifications:
• • Minimum of 1 years marketing experience
  • Degree educated in marketing or business
  • Passion for retail, fashion, cosmetics, jewelry, hair care or skin care
  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Very results driven
  • Creative yet Analytical
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
