Role: Service Design and Transition Lead
Location: City of London
Salary: up to £75,000
Flexible working: 3 days in the office

A world leading insurance company is looking for a Service Design and Transition Lead to join their team, this is an exciting role for somebody that comes from a solid IT Service Management background, ambitious and is ready to take their career to the next level.

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Solid experience working at a Senior IT Service Management Level
• Experienced managing IT Services
• Comfortable working with different teams
• Solid knowledge of ITIL framework
• ITIL Certification
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working on several projects at once
• Ideally you come from a Financial service background
