Job description
You will have excellent clinical skills and experience of treating patients with a wide variety of long-term conditions, especially those with high-risk clinical needs. Our aim is to deliver excellent quality care to patients to maintain their mobility and independence. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for contributing to the service provided by the Trust. Oxleas are committed to CPD and training initiatives to achieve personal and as well as service objectives. We offer regular 1:1 supervision meetings; an annual PDR, frequent peer reviews and monthly in-house CPD sessions. The team also has access to a dedicated CPD training budget to support staff development. We support the training of Podiatry students, and our Podiatrists are actively involved in a clinical educator programme with the University of East London.
