Are you a caring Social Care Support Worker with a heartfelt dedication to assisting children and young people with complex learning disabilities? Our client, a specialized residential school in picturesque Surrey, is actively looking for Support Workers to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis. We're seeking a motivated individual who can work both collaboratively and independently, maintaining professionalism in a dynamic residential environment.

• Pay: £12.50, including holiday pay (enhanced rates for bank holidays and nights)
• Location: Cranleigh

Support Worker Responsibilities:

• Provide support to young people beyond school hours

Requirements:

• Empathy, enthusiasm, and compassion
• Mental, physical, and emotional resilience
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar Social Care setting
• Flexibility for sleep-in duties
• Driver's license and access to own car (rural location)
