Attorney Training Coordinators are integral to Latham’s Attorney Training team. They are responsible for coordinating and administering all aspects of attorney and trainee training . We are seeking two Attorney Training Coordinators, one to focus on technical legal training and another to focus on practical skills training. You may apply for one or both roles.

These roles are located in our London office and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for hybrid and in-office presence.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Building strong working relationships with, primarily, Global Training And Career Enhancement (TACE), Knowledge Management, and Global Learning & Development to effectively implement London attorney and trainee training
• Managing relevant mailboxes and office calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Staying abreast of continuing competence and MCLE requirements and advising on any change in regulations; consulting with relevant US offices regarding the assessment and input of MCLE credits for US qualified attorneys in London
• Monitoring continuing competence for all E&W qualified attorneys and consulting with them to ensure they are compliant by the end of each cycle; assessing and resolving any continuing competence-related inquiries from attorneys and/or Business Services
• Handling all queries related to professional qualification courses and exams, providing guidance and assistance on the registration process and regularly updating the tracking record; consulting with the OGC on the registration and results of individual attorneys

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Demonstrate knowledge of Learning and Development best practices in a professional environment with particular emphasis on continuing competence

• Possess the ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision

• Exhibit organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines

And have:

• Administrative experience in a professional services firm

• Experience in a Learning & Development role
