RECRUITMENT & TRAINING OFFICER
Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week£23,500 - £25,500 per annum
Wymondham The Recruitment & Training Officer’s primary role is to oversee all recruitment for the full breadth of roles within the organisation, including the coordination of interview days, being the first point of contact for all candidates, and acting as an ambassador for the organisation.
Working as part of a professional team, you will also be responsible for logging & monitoring all training, ensuring this is completed within an appropriate timeframe, and organising refresher training as needed.
Duties include;
- Organising & distributing the interview agendas in line with staff timetables & candidate availability
- Booking rooms & refreshments as required
- Arranging candidate attendance
- Liaising with the HR team regarding necessary compliance for candidates
- Completing employment history phone calls ahead of interview days
- Preparing packs for the interview panel
- Conducting site tours as required
- Securing information regarding agreed working patterns
- Hosting the interview process, including managing panel feedback and archiving of data in line with policy
- Being the main point of contact for both candidate and panel queries & providing a positive customer experience for all
- Advertise roles as required via internal and external systems
- Liaise with the HR team to track progress of compliance & vetting ahead of start dates
- Completing all onboarding for successful candidates
