Are you interested in teacher training in a SEND School but want to try working in a school first to be sure?
This role gives you several months of paid experience as a Teaching Assistant!
Role:
- Supporting groups and 1:1, working with pupils with moderate learning difficulties.
- Mentoring and coacheing provided by the team to allow you to grow your skillset as your train.
- Ongoing support and training.
Requirements:
- Two referees we can contact
- A DBS form or prepared to obtain one
- A degree in any subject, or hold/predicted degree with a 2.2 or above
- GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum 4 or C)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Flexible and responsive in a dynamic work environment
- Organised and efficient
- Enjoy working with young people and want to work in a SEND school
