Mortgage Advisor Opportunity in Huddersfield – Ref: J1123MABMC

Location: Huddersfield

Overview:

Are you a fully CeMAP, CF1, and CF6 qualified Mortgage Advisor looking for an opportunity to manage your own diary, work from home or the office, and earn a minimum of £60,000? This role offers just that! Join a reputable estate agency in Huddersfield and handle prequalified leads from dedicated introducers.

Main Duties:

• Flexibility to work from home or the office, managing your own diary with no micromanagement.
• Collaborate with a well-known estate agency in Huddersfield.
• Offer whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new clients.
• Work with professional introducers and access excellent leads daily.
• Serve the existing client base, offering remortgage and product transfer services.
• Enjoy a remarkable work/life balance and common-sense way of working.

Key Skills:

• Applications considered from experienced Mortgage Advisors with a strong track record.
• Ability to offer mortgage advice to new and existing clients and related protection products.
• Ideally living within a 30-minute commute of Huddersfield.
• Possession of CeMAP, MAQ, CF1, and CF6 qualifications.
• Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full driving license required.

Summary:

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor seeking a superb work/life balance.
