Job description
Cheltenham Borough Homes are currently seeking a Logistics Assistant to work within our busy Repairs and Property Services team to provide day to day administrative support to the Responsive Repairs and Estate Cleaning Teams within Property Services Area. This will include supporting scheduling of work for in house trades operatives, supporting compliance works programmes to enable access, organising meetings and minute taking, raising work order requests and dealing with queries from our inhouse team and customers.
For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a busy office environment always mindful of delivering a high level of customer services. Experience in repairs or maintenance background would be useful but not essential. The successful candidate will be able to remain calm under pressure and have a ‘can do’ attitude’ with good interpersonal skills and an ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and customers. Experience with using various IT systems will be advantageous and good IT skills.
